SEED Disability Services is seeking an experienced female Disability Support Worker to provide 1:1 support to a 57-year-old male participant in Oran Park, NSW. This is a complex role requiring a mature, calm worker with expertise in psychosocial disability and mental health.
Applicants must have experience with complex behaviours, de-escalation, PBS and BSPs; a female worker (30+) Australian background is preferred by the participant.
