An established consultancy is seeking a senior Structural Engineer to step into a genuine Principal role, with full authority across technical leadership, people management, and delivery performance.
This position is intended for someone who already operates at Principal level - setting direction, making decisions, and carrying accountability for both the work and the team behind it.
The Role
- Overall technical stewardship of the structural discipline
- Leadership of the business function, not just projects
- Accountability for project outcomes, delivery standards, and skilled systems
- Direct leadership of engineers and technical processes
