We Care Support Services – Victoria Point QLD is seeking compassionate Senior Disability Support Workers and Disability Support Workers to join SIL teams and provide person-centred supports to participants with complex needs.

As part of the SIL team, you will deliver high-quality daily support, maintain safety and dignity, document progress, and collaborate with the Team Leader and Registered Nurse to improve outcomes.
