We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Certificate III Educator to join our team at Mini Masterminds Leichhardt (32-place centre).

About the Role
As a Certificate III Educator, you will work as part of a collaborative team to create engaging,
play-based learning experiences that support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
You'll play an important role in building strong relationships with children and families while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of engaging educational programs
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observe and document children's learning and development
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality education and care
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre
- Support children's wellbeing and development through meaningful interactions
- Must be able to do open and close shifts

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
Current Child Protection training/certificate
Basic knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for early childhood education
Applicants must have valid Australian working rights. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
