Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Director, Financial Control to lead and modernise our global financial control function. You will set the operating model across reporting, tax, payroll, and vendor management, and drive automation and AI initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
You will partner with Finance, Strategy, Operations, Legal, People, and Engineering, oversee consolidation and external audits, and build depth in a growing team of directors and managers.
