In Nursing (AIN) Remuneration: $32.85 - $36.04 per hour Hours

Applications Close: Sunday 23 August 2026 at 11:59pm We are seeking an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) to join our Hospital in the Home (HITH) team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality, person-centred care while working alongside Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

About the Prospect

As an Assistant in Nursing, you will work alongside our Registered Nurses to provide high-quality, hands-on care to patients. Your role is vital in ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety for every individual in our care.

This position will play an important role in supporting patients and the nursing team to deliver safe, respectful and effective care.

- Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to patients in their home environment
- Support Registered and Enrolled Nurses with safe, high-quality patient care
- Assist patients with personal care, mobility and daily activities to promote wellbeing and independence
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team while developing your clinical skills and experience

About You

- A Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (HLT33115) - Assisting in Nursing Work in Acute Care, or one or more years' undergraduate nursing study
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients,



carers and colleagues
- A genuine commitment to safe, compassionate, high-quality patient care
- Relevant recent healthcare experience and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- A positive, adaptable and eager-to-learn approach, with a commitment to professional development and the values of NSW Health and CCLHD
- A current unrestricted Australian driver's licence
- Applicants must have current work rights in Australia or be a permanent resident or citizen.
