The Role
We’re looking for an Administration Assistant to support our high-performing administration team. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to grow their career in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Sales,
Wholesale, and Vehicle Operations departments
- Maintain accurate vehicle stock records in our dealer management system
- Manage and update Queensland Transport documentation
- Support the Administration Management team with general tasks

- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous admin experience is helpful, but not essential
