The Duxton O'Connor is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our leadership team in Canberra. This full time role is a genuine second-in-command position, working directly with the Head Chef to run services, lead the brigade, and own the kitchen when needed.
You will mentor staff, manage prep, stock, and food safety, and step in during the Head Chef's absence with confidence and independence.
