integratedliving is seeking an Enrolled Nurse for a permanent, part time role in Ballarat and surrounding areas. You will travel for client care, work in community settings, and promote health through our Wellness for Independence programs.
You'll monitor patient health via Telehealth, perform direct care tasks across wound, diabetes, catheter, and other needs, and collaborate with Allied Health to develop care plans.
