Capricorn Metals Ltd is seeking a Senior Process Supervisor for the Karlawinda Gold Project in Western Australia. The role is permanent full time and reports to the Process Superintendent, focusing on safe, efficient plant performance and ongoing workforce development.
You will lead the Processing team, drive improvements in gold recovery and throughput, and collaborate with site leadership on budgets, forecasts and processing plans while maintaining strong safety standards.
