As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and hands-on Production Assembly Operator to join our team in Cleveland.
About the Role
Working as part of our production team, you will play an important role in assembling and fitting high-quality components and specialised equipment. You will be responsible for helping ensure products are completed efficiently, to a high standard, and ready for delivery to customers across Australia.
This role suits someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, takes pride in their workmanship, and enjoys being part of a supportive and fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and fit truck bodies and specialised components
- Work within your designated production area while supporting the wider team
- Follow production schedules and quality standards
- Complete quality checks throughout the production process
- Maintain an organised and efficient work area
- Collaborate with team leaders and fellow team members to achieve production goals
Skills & Experience
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production processes
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, or heavy vehicle components is highly regarded, but not necessary
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles is an advantage
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, or related industries is a bonus
