Quarry Sales & Product Development Manager

Build and lead the next phase of Lantrak’s Victorian expansion.

Lantrak is looking for an experienced Quarry Sales & Product Development Manager to take the lead in establishing and growing our construction materials and quarry products offering across Victoria.

With an established Products Division already operating in Queensland, we are now looking to expand this capability into the Victorian market.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong industry knowledge, commercial capability and established relationships across the quarrying, construction materials and civil infrastructure sectors to take ownership of this growth area from the ground up.

This isn't simply an existing sales portfolio to manage. You'll have the opportunity to help build the division, develop the market, establish key supplier and customer relationships and shape how this part of Lantrak grows in Victoria.

As our business continues to expand, we are looking to further strengthen our construction materials capability in Victoria and establish a dedicated Products division within the state.

The Prospect

Reporting to senior management, you will take a leading role in developing Lantrak's Victorian quarry products and construction materials business.

You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, building strategic supplier partnerships, developing a strong customer base and securing supply opportunities across major civil and infrastructure projects.

You will have the autonomy to develop the market while leveraging Lantrak's existing customer relationships, project pipeline,



logistics capability and broader industry network.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the establishment and growth of Lantrak's Products division in Victoria.
- Developing sales and growth strategies across quarry products, aggregates, recycled materials and other construction materials.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with quarries, suppliers, customers and key industry stakeholders.
- Identifying new products, suppliers and commercial opportunities across the Victorian market.
- Developing strategic supply arrangements and negotiating competitive commercial agreements.
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities across major civil construction and infrastructure projects.
- Managing pricing strategies to achieve sustainable volume, margin and profitability.
- Working closely with Lantrak's Projects, Logistics and Sales teams to identify cross-selling and project opportunities.
- Developing project-specific material supply strategies and coordinating supplier engagement and pricing.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities within the construction materials sector.
- Building a strong pipeline of opportunities and providing accurate forecasting and reporting.
- As the division grows, helping establish the structure, systems and team required to support its long-term success.

About You

We are looking for someone who understands the Victorian quarry and construction materials market and, importantly, knows how to turn relationships and opportunities into commercial outcomes.

You will ideally bring:

- Extensive experience within quarrying, aggregates, construction materials,



civil construction or a closely related industry.
- A strong understanding of quarry products, construction materials and supplier markets.
- Proven sales, business development and commercial negotiation experience.
- Established relationships across the Victorian quarrying, civil construction and/or infrastructure sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new markets and commercial opportunities.
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing, margins and profitability.
- Experience negotiating supplier agreements and major project supply opportunities.
- The ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and the confidence to take ownership of a developing business area.
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- A current driver's licence.

Experience establishing or growing a business unit, product division or new market would be highly regarded.
