Responsibilities

- Maintain and drive the Workplace Transformation Roadmap.
- Identify improvement opportunities across workplace platforms, collaboration services, employee experience, automation, and service modernization.
- Convert stakeholder challenges into transformation initiatives.
- Establish governance, milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes.

Strategic Program Enablement

- SharePoint Modernization
- Digital Workplace Improvements
- Automation & AI-led Service Enhancements
- Workplace Service Transformation
- Compliance & Information Governance Improvements
- Develop high-level solution approaches and transformation roadmaps.
- Facilitate architecture and strategy workshops.
- Support development of business cases and investment proposals.
- Coordinate with domain architects and SMEs for detailed solution design.

Stakeholder Management

- Build strong relationships with leaders,



architects, product owners, and service stakeholders.
- Present transformation proposals and progress updates in governance forums and QBRs.
- Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.

Delivery Governance

- Track risks, dependencies, and decisions.
- Coordinate global teams supporting transformation initiatives.
- Ensure initiatives are delivered against agreed objectives and expected business outcomes.
