Vocus is seeking an Account Director to lead account strategy and executive engagement for key NSW customers. This senior role drives retention, growth, and advocacy, reporting to the NSW Enterprise and Government Sales Manager. The position operates under a hybrid mode with regular travel to customer premises and strategic meetings.

You will own long-term strategies, manage renewal negotiations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver value and growth within the account portfolio.
