Role: Business Analyst (SAP S/4 HANA Cutover)

About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Cutover) to support amajor SAP S/4HANA implementation and go‑live cutover . You’ll work closely with cutover and transition leadership to bridge business and technology teams, driving structured, evidence-based readiness decisions for Day 1.

Responsibilities:

- Support delivery of cutover activities aligned to governance frameworks andSAP Activate methodology.
- Assist with planning, implementation and monitoring of technical cutover activities (progress tracking, issue resolution, corrective actions).
- Maintain and coordinate the cutover schedule with program schedulers (downtime, data conversion, batch processing).
- Support technical change/release management activities, minimising operational disruption.
- Coordinate cutover rehearsals and go-live simulations with both business and technical workstreams.
- Support hypercare and post go-live stabilisation, including knowledge transfer to BAU support.
- Maintain risks, issues and interdependencies across SAP and non‑SAP environments/releases.
- Assess and communicate impacts of cutover decisions on business processes,



infrastructure, security and performance.

Qualifications:

- Experienced Business Analyst working on large, complex programs
- Solid SAP knowledge (e.g.,S/4HANA, ECC, FICO, MM ).
- Strong planning/scheduling capability in complex environments (or supporting a master scheduler).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills (able to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes).
- Strong governance and reporting discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (documentation, stakeholder reporting, exec-ready materials).
- Experience supporting transformation programs in thepublic sector.
- Experience withSAP Signavio (BPMN).
- Familiarity withBABOK; BA certifications (e.g.,CBAP/CCBA) advantageous.
- Exposure toITIL-aligned change managementin implementation/cutover contexts.
