Smile By Design is seeking a Lead Dentist to join our established, multi-site private practice in Sydney.

This is not a standard associate role.

It is a growth and leadership opportunity within a high-value cosmetic and implant platform.

Smile By Design is a modern, patient-focused practice with two established locations in North Sydney and Bondi Junction.

We focus on:

- Comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry
- Digital workflows (CBCT, intraoral scanning)

The practice is supported by:

- An experienced clinical and admin team
- Strong marketing and patient acquisition systems
- Clear growth plans over the next 3–5 years

The Opportunity

You will work closely with Dr Michael Tam, Clinical Director with over 30 years’ experience in implant and cosmetic dentistry.

This role offers:

About You

We are seeking a dentist who:

- Has 3–7 years’ clinical experience
- Communicates clearly and ethically with patients
- Is interested in developing further in cosmetic and implant dentistry
- Is motivated, accountable, and growth-oriented
- Seeks long‑term progression rather than a short‑term placement
