Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Partner with site and functional leaders to provide financial insight and support operational decision-making across manufacturing activities.

- Provide strong financial control and stewardship, ensuring compliance with financial processes, policies, and internal controls.

- Review and analyse site spend, including labour, utilities,yieldand overheads, toidentifyrisks, trends and opportunities against budget and forecast.

- Deliver daily,weeklyand monthly financial and operational reporting to support performance management and decision-making.

- Lead month-end activities, including reporting,accrualsand balance sheet reconciliations.

- Support forecasting,budgetingand variance analysis for the site.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives byidentifyingefficiency opportunities and helping quantify value.





- Review and support capital expenditure proposals, tracking and post-investment analysis whererequired.

- Partner with operations tomaintainrobust standards,assumptionsand performance metrics across the site.

- Support ad hoc financial analysis, projects and new product initiatives asrequired.

What you’ll bring:

- 7+ years’ experience in finance, preferably within a manufacturingenvironment

- Experience supporting operational stakeholders in a business partnering or site-based finance role

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, reporting and balance sheet reconciliations

- Experience using ERP, reporting and analytics tools to support financial and operational decision-making

- Experience withstandard costing,variance analysis

- Degree qualified in business/commerce (accounting);

- CPA or CAqualified (preferred)

- Strong financial analysis capability, with the ability to interpret operational and financial data and translate insights into explicit recommendations.

- Strong cost management and variance analysis capability across key manufacturing cost drivers, including labour, utilities,yieldand overheads.

- Ability to deliveraccurateandtimelyreporting, forecasting and performance analysis to support site decision-making.

- Strong systems capability, including use of ERP and reporting tools to analyse data,identifytrends and support financial processes.

- Advanced Excel capability and confidence working with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI.

- Ability to partner effectively with operational stakeholders and communicate financial information in a practical, commercially relevant way
