They are seeking a Full-Time Coordinator of VCE Vocational Major to join their growing college in January 2027.

About the Role

This full-time position offers an exciting leadership opportunity for someone keen to take the next step up in their education career. The successful candidate will provide exemplary leadership and experience in delivery of VCE Vocational Major programs, while creating future-focused opportunities for VCE-VM students. This role will partner with Tafes an industry partners to support students build connections and future pathways.

This Position of Leadership role provides vision, inspiration, encouragement and assistance to all members of staff, providing support to the Leadership Team of the school. They will demonstrate excellence in the knowledge, understanding and research in the enhanced VCE Vocational Major program.





Key Selection Criteria

The successful applicant will have:

- Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration or Australian interstate equivalent;
- Strong interpersonal skills in the context of relating to staff, students, parents and guardians, College support groups and members of the community;
- Highly developed communication, planning, decision-making and negotiation skills; and
- Appropriate expertise and experience in the areas of Teaching & Learning.
