About the Practice

Upper Mountains Medical Centre is a long-standing community practice with a large and loyal patient base. In May 2024, the clinic relocated to a brand-new, purpose-built health hub, significantly expanding its clinical capacity and scope of services.

The practice supports GPs with experienced nursing and administrative teams, enabling you to focus on patient care while building a sustainable, rewarding practice.
