The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Platform Manager to join a high-performing AI and Digital Platforms team.

This is a hands-on role focused on supporting the operation, governance, enhancement, and continuous improvement of a mission-critical enterprise AI platform. You will play a key role in managing platform operations, coordinating integrations and access management activities, supporting releases and platform onboarding, and ensuring services remain secure, reliable, and highly available.

The ideal candidate will bring strong platform management experience, exposure to enterprise SaaS or AI platforms, and a proven ability to work across business, technology, security, and operational teams to drive platform excellence.





Key Responsibilities

- Manage platform operations, incidents, risks, and service requests.
- Coordinate integrations, APIs, data connectors, and user access.
- Support releases, testing, deployments, and recent feature onboarding.
- Monitor platform performance, availability, and operational health.
- Maintain documentation, governance records, and stakeholder communications.
- Support security, privacy, and access management requirements.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need

- 3-5 years' experience in Platform Management, SaaS Operations, Service Management, or Technical Delivery.
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, cloud, or AI platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication, and access management.
- Experience managing incidents, releases, and operational governance.
- Exposure to monitoring, platform support, and service management practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Desirable Skills

- Experience with Glean or similar AI/Search platforms.
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, and automation.
- Exposure to SIEM, ELK, security, or access governance processes.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments.
