The Salvation Army Bendigo Bridge Program is seeking a part-time Support Worker to provide supervision, practical support, and crisis intervention in a residential rehabilitation setting for young adults (18-35) with substance use challenges. The role is permanent and on-site in Bendigo, 22.8 hours per week, with reporting to the Senior Support Worker.
You will contribute to a protected, therapeutic environment, support daily living skills, and help residents progress toward personal goals.
