SE Queensland Construction is seeking a hands-on Workforce Coordinator to own the trade recruitment pipeline end-to-end across multiple live projects on the Gold Coast. You will source, screen and place trades, build a robust labour pipeline and manage relationships with approved providers to support project delivery.

The role involves open recruitment pools, in office presence with Site Foremen and the Construction Manager, and coordinating inductions to ensure candidates hit site ready.
