UPA Aged Care Solutions is seeking a Clinical Manager/Educator to provide advanced clinical leadership across Holbrook and Henty (Myoora Homestead). You will drive governance, education plans and improvement initiatives, plus mentor staff and collaborate with clinical and facility teams to ensure high-quality resident care.

Regular travel between sites is required; if needed, you may act as Facility Manager and contribute to recruitment and performance processes within the organisation’s care
