JBS Australia is seeking a passionate and hands-on Senior Food Technologist to join our Value-Add team in Melbourne (Laverton site) and play a key role in developing creative, market-ready food products from concept through to commercialisation. Reporting to the R&D; Product Manager, you will be the technical expert responsible for translating innovation concepts into commercially successful products.

You will lead product formulation, testing, process optimisation and scale-up activities
