FutureYou is seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner for our Minto site, a fast-paced manufacturing business employing around 400 people operating 24/7. You will partner with senior leadership to own day-to-day HR operations and oversee high-volume recruitment.

You will manage employee and industrial relations in a unionised workplace under an EBA, build credible relationships across the business, and help shape people systems, processes and culture for growth.
