NBN Co is seeking a Customer Field Technician to perform hands-on installation, repair, activation and connection services in customers' homes across Sydney Metro. The role requires working across both indoor and outdoor environments with a solid emphasis on safety and accuracy.

You’ll use a variety of tools and test equipment to install, commission and service in‑home technologies, while delivering clear, respectful customer service and building long-term capability through structured training.
