HR Partners is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the business readiness and implementation phase of a major ERP HR ecosystem rollout. You will own deployment execution, bridge gaps between system build and organizational readiness, and ensure the business unit is fully prepared for go-live.

In this senior role, you will coordinate with project resources, provide training, manage risks, and coach HR operations teams to adopt the recent platform.
