CSR Limited in Seven Hills is seeking an experienced Manufacturing (Production) Manager to lead a up-to-date, automated facility of ~30 staff. You will drive Lean and World Class Manufacturing initiatives while ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives are met.

You will report to the Operations Manager and guide a hands-on leadership approach, delivering continuous improvement and capital projects that enhance equipment reliability and production performance.
