Xceltium is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a mature, well-invested Microsoft infrastructure environment in Sydney’s Inner West. You will lead complex incidents, own root-cause analysis and implement improvements across AD, cloud, on-prem and hybrid systems.
The role includes mentoring peers, improving operational standards, and occasional after-hours work in a 24/7 healthcare context. The position starts in office with a hybrid arrangement after onboarding.
