Senior Cost Manager (Quantity Surveyor) - Data Centres

Atom Resources are working with a client seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to support the delivery of major data centre and mission-critical projects across Sydney.

The Role

- Manage project budgets, cost plans and forecasting.
- Review contractor pricing, progress claims and variations.
- Support procurement and commercial decision-making.
- Prepare cost reports and monitor project risks.
- Provide commercial advice throughout project delivery.

About You

- 8-10+ years' experience in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
- Background with a Tier 1/Tier 2 contractor, consultancy or client-side organisation.
- Solid commercial experience across major construction or infrastructure projects.
- Experience delivering data centre, mission-critical, industrial or other complex D&C; projects will be highly regarded.
- Rate : $Negotiable DOE
- Working Pattern : Hybrid
