About the Role
You will play a key role in preparing accurate costings, reviewing plans and specifications, and collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and within budget.
- Prepare accurate sales and production estimates for residential home builds
- Review plans, specifications, and develop detailed costings and Bills of Quantities
- Obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost accuracy
- Collaborate with Sales, Prestart, and Construction teams throughout the build process
- Assess and price variations as required
- Maintain accurate estimating records and project data
About You
- Previous experience as an Estimator within the residential construction industry
- Strong understanding of WA building practices, materials, and construction methods preferred
- Ability to confidently read and interpret residential plans and specifications
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
