The TheirCare Pty Ltd HR team seeks an experienced Human Resources Operations Specialist to join the Employee Support function. You will be the 2IC to the Employee Support Manager, overseeing onboarding, data integrity, and lifecycle processes, while guiding employees and managers on policies and systems.

In a fast-paced setting, you will mentor peers, drive process improvements, contribute to compliance reporting, and support People initiatives to build a capable, confidential HR team.
