- Work alongside your team to support members with a broad range of commercial disputes enquiries.
- Provide strategic legal guidance on complex or high-value matters.
- Oversee and coordinate follow-on legal work delivered to members.
- Ensure legal matters are appropriately scoped, prioritised and progressed.
- Support and guide junior lawyers working on member matters.
- Act as a trusted adviser to members, helping them navigate legal issues as their businesses grow.
- Collaborate with legal teams across LegalVision to deliver seamless client outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve the member experience and enhance the value delivered through our membership offering.

Requirements

- Australian qualified lawyer with at least 4 years' PQE experience in commercial disputes in a private practice environment.
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management, with a proven ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly and build robust client rapport.
- Assisted in advising clients on litigation strategy, assessing case merits,



and supporting the preparation of cost estimates and budget forecasts.
- Excited to utilise technical legal skills in a more commercial role.
