BDO Australia is seeking a Senior Manager, AML/CTF to lead and enhance our AML/CTF framework and compliance activities. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Risk Management, you will drive risk-based assessments and maintain robust controls across the firm.
You will partner with stakeholders within BDO's Quality and Risk function to embed AML/CTF requirements, develop policies, and coach the AML team to strengthen capability and risk management across the business.
