ResMed seeks a Lead Data Scientist to provide technical leadership across high-impact AI initiatives in health tech. You will take problems from raw physiological signals through to clinically validated, production-ready models, collaborating with Engineering, Product, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Quality teams.

You will mentor junior data scientists, establish modelling standards, and communicate complex scientific concepts to influence business decisions in a regulated workplace.
