Accountant - 3+ Years Experience Required - Good Parking & Coffee The Firm

The Role

With a realistic workload placed upon you, you will be provided with excellent “on the job” mentoring by the Partners and Senior Managers. You will also be continually encouraged to participate in all internal and external training workshops.

Understanding that Accounting is becoming heavily client facing, hopefully you will be eager to embrace more client contact. This will assist you to make positive steps in your career.

While working in a firm that offers a variety of solutions and services to businesses within the Hunter and surrounds,



you will find that the responsibilities and tasks entrusted upon you will be predominantly tax/business services focussed. Your workload will be managed to ensure that your day goes quickly while at the same time increasing your general accounting knowledge.

About You

As mentioned previously, this firm is ready to grow again and is now seeking an accountant whom has completed their degree (or nearly completed) and possesses a minimum of three years chartered accounting experience within a Business Services setting (within Australia).

As the team you would be joining is friendly and supportive, you will need to be comfortable forming new relationships and sharing in your experiences. (This is why I feel that this firm has had so much success in retaining their staff and continuing to grow.)

Remuneration

Aware that they need somebody with a little bit of “get up and go” in them, this firm is fair in their remuneration levels. As a guide, the expected salary range for this role will be $75,000 to $90,000 + Superannuation.
