Are you confident on the phone, naturally bubbly, and love speaking with people?

We’re looking for an experienced Property Booking / Appointment Setter to join our growing team in a full-time position based in our modern office on Via Roma, Isle of Capri, overlooking the beautiful canal.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced sales environment, knows how to build rapport quickly, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential and great results.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for speaking with potential property clients, qualifying their interest and booking high-quality appointments for our property sales team.

You’ll be working with cold and hot inbound meta/Facebook leads and enquiries, — your job is to engage, educate, build rapport and get the right people booked in.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year’s experience in property booking, appointment setting
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Fun, bubbly and energetic personality
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable working with KPIs and sales targets




- Organised and able to manage a high volume of leads
- A genuine interest in property and helping people achieve their goals
- Previous experience in property investment, real estate or finance is highly regarded
- Monday - Thursday 9am -5pm
- Friday 9am-1pm (Long weekend).
