About the Opportunity

As a Registered Nurse in the Paediatric Inpatient Unit, you will provide expert acute and sub-acute nursing care across hospital and community settings. Your role supports continuity of care and leads a team of nursing staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes. In this role you will:

? Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with professional standards and CCLHD policies.
? Lead, direct, and supervise Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing to support patient care.
? Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions to achieve health goals.
? Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
? Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

? Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and a current driver?s licence.
? Experience in acute paediatrics, neonatal nursing, or paediatric outpatient care.
? Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively.
? Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.




? Personal attributes of resilience, integrity, and accountability in a clinical setting.
