You've built solid experience in accessibility consulting and can confidently work through the NCC, Premises Standards and AS1428 requirements. Clients trust your advice and you enjoy solving complex compliance challenges.

This role gives you exactly that.

You'll join a highly respected boutique consultancy that works alongside some of Australia's best architects, developers and engineers, helping shape buildings that are not only compliant but genuinely inclusive.

You'll manage your own projects, deal directly with clients and continue developing your technical knowledge across a huge variety of commercial, residential, education, health and mixed-use developments.

If you enjoy mentoring others, there'll also be opportunities to help develop junior consultants without the pressure of managing a large team.

supportive and built on trust and you'll have the flexibility to work from home, adjust your hours around family or life commitments and be judged on the quality of your work, not how long you're sitting behind a desk.

Starting salary is between $140k-$160k + super, plus a discretionary bonus.
