About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Boutique Manager to lead their Flagship city location. This is the perfect role for a passionate fashion leader who loves coaching teams, creating memorable customer experiences, and driving outstanding results.

You'll lead from the front, building an energetic and engaged store culture while ensuring every customer leaves feeling confident, inspired, and excited to return. What you will do

* Drive sales performance, wages, and store KPIs to achieve commercial targets

* Inspire, coach, and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

* Recruit, onboard, and support the ongoing growth of your people

* Execute visual merchandising standards that showcase the latest collections

* Manage rosters to maximise productivity and customer service

* Maintain operational excellence across stock management, compliance, and store presentation

* Build a positive,

* Lead by example with outstanding styling advice and customer engagement

What you will bring

* Previous Store Manager experience within fashion retail

* A proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing wages

* Solid leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams

* Confidence managing performance and creating accountability

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* A creative eye for styling and visual merchandising

* A genuine passion for fashion, trends, and delivering memorable customer experiences
