About the role:

- Advising on complex public and private M&A; transactions, including cross-border deals.
- Working on listed and unlisted transactions across the real assets and private capital sectors.
- Structuring fund formations, restructures, managed investment schemes and capital raisings.
- Managing significant matters, coordinating transaction teams and working directly with clients.
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents and providing strategic commercial advice.

The ideal candidate:





- Lawyer to Senior Associate with 3+ years’ PQE with strong experience across public and private M&A; transactions.
- Exposure to real estate, infrastructure or other real asset transactions.
- Knowledge of investment funds and the laws governing managed investment schemes.
- Excellent technical, drafting and transaction management skills.
- Confidence working directly with sophisticated clients and senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial judgment and an understanding of the broader issues affecting clients.
