As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join our team in a pivotal role that supports high-quality service delivery, strong teams, and positive client outcomes.
About the Role
This is a Perth - based, work from home position. Regular travel within Perth metropolitan areas will be required to attend clients and stakeholder meetings, networking events, and other appointments as needed.
In this leadership role, you will play a key part in shaping service excellence across Hope Circle. You will lead and support Team Leaders, oversee day-to-day operations, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure services are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with best practice and NDIS requirements.
As a key representative of Hope Circle in Perth, you will also build professional networks, promote Hope Circle services, strengthen referral pathways, and identify marketing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement strategies to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all programs
- Provide leadership and oversight to Team Leaders, supporting client goal achievement and outcomes
- Work collaboratively with families, health professionals, and external stakeholders to build capacity and independence
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure client needs are met in a timely and responsive manner
- Represent Hope Circle professionally with clients, families, referrers, and external partners
- Manage incidents, complaints, and performance matters in line with policy and required timeframes
- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and development support
- Foster a positive, compliant team culture focused on best practice and continuous improvement
- Ensure accurate documentation, confidentiality, and compliance with privacy and NDIS requirements
- Contribute to quality, risk management, innovation, and organisational development initiatives

- Solid understanding of privacy, confidentiality, and compliance requirements
- Proven stakeholder engagement, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

- Demonstrated leadership capability, including motivating teams and supporting performance
- Experience working to targets and driving continuous improvement
- Previous experience in a similar NDIS leadership role
Essential Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in business, disability, allied health, marketing, economics, medical, or a related field
- Experience supporting clients with forensic or complex backgrounds
