Pinsent Masons Vario is seeking expressions of interest from experienced conveyancers for an upcoming contract opportunity with a major Australian organisation.
The requirement is expected to focus on providing additional conveyancing support across residential property transactions as and when required. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and comfortably manage matters from instruction through to settlement.
Key responsibilities are likely to include:Managing end-to-end residential conveyancing mattersPreparing and reviewing conveyancing documentationSupporting settlements, transfers and registrationsManaging electronic settlements through PEXAWorking closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
The successful candidate will bring:Robust conveyancing experience gained in Western AustraliaExperience handling residential property transactionsProficiency in PEXAStrong organisational and communication skillsThe ability to work independently while integrating into an established team
