Key Responsibilities
- Fabrication and welding of structural steel and heavy components
- MIG, TIG and Stick welding across a variety of materials
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and fabrication plans
- General fabrication, assembly, repairs, and modifications
- Operating fabrication equipment and hand tools safely
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality control
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
- Working independently and as part of established fabrication teams
About You
- Trade qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator (preferred) or proven welding experience
- Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong welding and fabrication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Safety focused with a strong work ethic
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening if required
