We are currently seeking experienced Coded Welders for an immediate start at South32 Worsley on a major Fixed Plant Maintenance project. This is an ongoing opportunity with approximately 4-6 months of work available, offering excellent pay rates and accommodation provided.

Job Summary

- Perform coded welding on fixed plant maintenance works.

Skills & Experience
To be considered, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Coded Welder in a mining or heavy industrial environment.
- Ability to successfully complete a 6G MMAW weld test (fixed pipe at a 45° angle using stick welding).
- Experience welding DN150 STD WT (150mm / 6" standard wall pipe).
- Robust commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Roster
Sportsman Roster - 12-hour shifts
- Week 1: 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, then 5 days off.
- Week 2: 2 day shifts, 3 night shifts, then 4 days off.
- Week 3: 3 day shifts, 2 night shifts, then 5 days off.
This roster continues for the duration of the project.
Pay Rates
- Day Shift: $75.48 per hour
- Night Shift: $84.00 per hour
