Our client is a respected boutique commercial real estate agency with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service across Perth. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their team.
The Opportunity
In this exciting role you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including:
Managing landlord and tenant relationshipsOverseeing lease administration and portfolio performancePreparing financial reports,



budgets and managing arrearsCoordinating maintenance and contractor worksEnsuring legislative complianceSupporting business development and mentoring junior staff
About You
Previous commercial property management experienceStrong knowledge of commercial leasing and portfolio managementExcellent communication and organisational skillsFinancial reporting and budgeting experienceA proactive, client-focused approach
Desirable Systems
Cirrus8, PropertyTree or similar property management softwareMicrosoft Office & ExcelCRM systems
