FIFO Painter Blasters – 2:1 Roster | Long-Term Projects | WA
PCM Group is seeking experienced Painter Blasters to join our growing team across a number of long-term projects in Western Australia.
These are genuine long-term opportunities, with project durations expected to run for 12 months and beyond, offering consistent work and roster stability for the right people.

Working on a 2 weeks on, 1 week off FIFO roster, you will be involved in industrial blasting, surface preparation and protective coating activities across major mining and resources projects.

About you:

- Previous experience as an industrial Painter Blaster
- Experience with abrasive blasting and protective coatings
- Current Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets
- Construction White Card
- RTIO Inductions
- Current police clearance or willing to obtain
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Trade Cert highly desired
- Ability to work effectively as part of a site-based team
