What You'll Be Doing
- Be the go-to contact for QCPP-accredited pharmacies
- Support new pharmacies joining the QCPP program
- Maintain and update pharmacy records and systems
- Keep processes smooth, consistent, and on time
- Contribute to projects, workshops & testing
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Spot ways to make things more effective
- General admin and team support as needed
What You'll Need
- Strong customer service/contact centre experience
- Admin or office support background
- Comfortable with databases/CRMs
- Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Great communicator – written & verbal
- Strong time management & attention to detail
- Health or pharmacy sector experience would be highly desirable
