We have been a leader in our industry for over 60 years and we are now looking for a highly motivated and hard-working individual to effectively administer and manage a range of administrative tasks for our Systems team.
The Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic entry-level individual who is ready to take on a busy role, which in turn creates possibilities to build a successful career within Schiavello.We see the administration function as the entry point to a variety of career pathways including corporate services, sales and operational positions.
Under the guidance and training of an experienced Team Leader, you will become responsible for:
- Effectively administering and assembling all job registration activities and job files;
- Work closely with Site Manager to ensure a smooth and professional project delivery;
- Issuing, reviewing and checking purchase orders in accordance with company standards;
- Maintain job costs and invoicing in line with company policy;
- Ensuring that our quality, safety and environmental standards are consistently applied and maintained;
- Communicating both verbally and in written form to clients, managers and fellow colleagues;
- Working proactively within your team and the broader business to support accuracy, effectiveness and a outstanding client experience.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Completion of year 12 secondary education or equivalent;
- Exposure to a customer orientated environment;
- Demonstrated Intermediate computer literacy with MS Office and ideally use of digital business systems;
- A Demonstrated commitment to customer service;
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to multi-task;
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with a range of stakeholders;
- An interest in workplace furniture and design.
