Hunter Current England Local Health District is seeking a Non-Clinical Assessor to perform home support assessments for older people, using the NSAF to identify appropriate services and to develop tailored Support Plans that support independence and wellbeing.

The role requires autonomous community work within a multidisciplinary team, with access to a fleet vehicle and work devices to support assessments across the Hunter region.
